Herefordshire. The property enjoys outstanding views overlooking the Malvern Hills and has private grounds amounting to some 5 acres.
Our client purchased the home in 1986 and has operated the business to a very high standard which enjoys an excellent reputation in the county.
Planning permission has been granted to construct a stand-alone 40 bed care home with nursing, specialising in dementia care and there
is also a large staff cottage in the grounds.

The home has been purchased by an existing operator who owns care homes in surrounding counties and who will expand the business by
the construction of the new home.
