Jones Lang LaSalle’s Healthcare Team sells Stoneleigh Hotel, Wakefield

In a confidential transaction Jones Lang LaSalle's Healthcare Team in Manchester has sold the Stoneleigh Hotel in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. The purchaser plans to expand and develop the existing hotel by the construction/re development of the premises which is set within 0.43 hectares.

Anthony Rae, Associate Director of Healthcare at Jones Lang LaSalle’s Manchester Office, who handled the sale, commented:

“when our client asked us to conduct a confidential marketing campaign on the property, we discretely contacted a small number of potential purchasers whom we knew had the ability to raise the finance within a short period of time.”
